Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be fully satisfied with your CAPICHE CAPS purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn headwear. Items must be returned in their original packaging with tags attached to ensure a full refund or replacement.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated; simply print it out and securely attach it to your original shipping box.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Hand over your package to the designated courier or drop it off at any authorized shipping location within 7 days of receiving your label.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Our team will inspect the caps upon arrival, and once verified, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
